In order to enable you to better use this App and access services such as tachograph devices reliably and stably, we need to obtain the storage files of mobile phones, access wifi networks and other permissions, and collect your device information, operation logs and other information. Through this Privacy Policy, we want to explain to you how we collect, use, store and share this information when using our services, and the ways we provide you with access, update, control and protection of this information.  Register as a Hiicam user

1. To complete the creation of an account, you may provide Hiicam with the following information, your email address, created user name and password.During the registration process or after the account is created, you will help us provide you with a better service and experience if you provide the following additional information: your name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, and location. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic functions of using the products and services.
   2. File storage permission: When the App downloads video or photo files from the  device, it needs to store files in the mobile phone album, and it needs to store file permissions

Information We Obtain About You

1. The relevant personal information you provide to us when you log in to your account, such as phone number, email, etc.; If you do not sign in, you can use the App normally
2. The application integrates [com.Tceh. bug(Bug)] third-party SDK Bug to collect abnormal crash information of the application, so as to repair the problem in time and avoid affecting the normal use of users. The identifier of the mobile phone (IMEI/Mac/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, etc.) is collected to uniquely identify the device.

Cancel Account

For the specific method of account cancellation, please check the "My" page of the APP and click the "Account cancellation" field under "Settings" to cancel the account. Once you cancel the APP account, you will not be able to use the APP related services, so please exercise caution. After you cancel your account, the APP will delete your personal information or anonymize it.

3、Regardless of the circumstances, the platform is not responsible for any loss caused to users due to network connection failure, communication lines, third-party websites, computer hardware, etc. other than clearly stipulated by law.

User Code of Conduct

1、You must register a user account to browse the Hiicam App. Users may not use false identity information when registering on this website.Users should properly store their account information and passwords, and users are responsible for losses caused by user disclosure. If users discover that their account or password has been fraudulently used or stolen by others, or that their account has been used without legal authorization, they should immediately and effectively notify the platform. The user understands and agrees that the platform has the right to take corresponding actions or measures based on the user's notice, request or judgment, including but not limited to freezing accounts, restricting account functions, etc., and that the platform is not responsible for losses caused by such actions other than as clearly stipulated by law.

2、Users must abide by laws and regulations when using this service, and must not use this service to commit illegal acts, including but not limited to:

（1）Post, transmit, disseminate, and store content that endangers national security and unification, undermines social stability, violates public order and morals, insults, slander, obscene, violent, or any other that violates national laws and regulations;

（2）Publish, transmit, distribute, and store content that infringes on the legal rights of others such as intellectual property rights and trade secrets;

（3）Maliciously fabricate facts and concealed the truth to mislead and deceive others;

（4）Post, transmit and disseminate advertising information and spam information;

（5）Other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.

3、Users shall not use this service to carry out any act that harms the rights, interests and goodwill of the platform, or the legal rights of other users.

4、Users shall not engage in any act that harms the security of other users, platforms or the Internet by exploiting platform system vulnerabilities.

5、The user knows and confirms that the platform issues notices, rules, reminders, etc. to the user through announcements, emails, SMS, account notifications, and instant messaging tools registered by the user in the account, all of which are valid notifications. Once such information is published or released, it is deemed that it has been delivered to users.
